Pickup windows
Morning (9 am–1 pm) or afternoon (2 pm–6 pm), Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays and Porto's São João holiday. Shipments paid before 11 am can be collected the same afternoon when that window is available.
No need to go anywhere. When you pay for the shipment you choose the working day and time window, and the carrier collects from your address.

Postcodes 4000 to 4499: Porto, Matosinhos, Maia, Vila Nova de Gaia, Gondomar, Valongo and neighbouring municipalities within that range. Outside this zone, VYNTGO will contact you to arrange the pickup.
Pack each parcel securely and attach the label from your customer area as soon as the shipment is registered with the carrier. The date and window are shown on your shipment.
