LUCIO DE ALMEIDA - CONSULTORIA INTEGRADA E SERVIÇOS, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("we") is the data controller of personal data processed via VYNTGO™. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019.

2. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company, tax ID, address, phone), shipment data (origin, destination, weight, contents description), payment data (via Stripe — we never store card details), technical data (IP, device, cookies), and communications with our team.

3. Purposes and legal basis

a) Contract performance — to create your account, process shipments, invoicing.
b) Legal obligation — tax records (10 years per PT law), CMR documentation.
c) Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service improvement, security.
d) Consent — marketing emails, non-essential cookies.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share necessary data with: Stripe (payments · US/EU with SCC), OnTime (shipping partner · EU), WeoInvoice (fiscal invoicing · EU), Google Workspace (email · US with SCC + DPF), Emergent Labs (hosting · US with SCC). No sale of data to third parties.

5. Retention

Account data: while active + 3 years. Fiscal records: 10 years (PT tax law). Marketing consent: until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdraw consent. Email info@vyntgo.com. You may also complain to CNPD (Portuguese DPA · cnpd.pt).

7. Security

HTTPS everywhere, encrypted DB, bcrypt-hashed passwords, JWT with short TTL, secured cookies, rate limiting, audit logs.
