Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of VYNTGO™, a European B2B logistics service operated by LUCIO DE ALMEIDA - CONSULTORIA INTEGRADA E SERVIÇOS, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("we", "us", "our"), and any purchase of shipping plans or services on vyntgo.com. By creating an account or purchasing, you accept these terms in full.

1. Services

VYNTGO™ provides prepaid shipping credit packages ("Plans") that allow you to book European B2B shipments across our operator zone (Grande Porto & Matosinhos) and through the OnTime partner network for the rest of Europe.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business or an individual over 18 with legal capacity in the EU. VAT is charged where applicable per EU Directive 2006/112/EC.

3. Orders, payment and pricing

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable Portuguese VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipment.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated transit times are indicative and subject to carrier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal per Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply once a shipment has been picked up or where prepaid credits have been used. See Refunds Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited by the CMR Convention (international road freight) and equivalent Portuguese law. Declared value insurance is available on request.

7. Prohibited items

Dangerous goods, illicit substances, live animals, currency, human remains and items restricted by the destination country cannot be shipped. Full list on request.

8. Data protection

We process personal data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal, without prejudice to consumer protection rights.
