Refunds & Returns

This policy applies to all purchases of VYNTGO™ shipping plans and shipment bookings on vyntgo.com.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days · EU consumers)

Per Directive 2011/83/EU, if you are an EU consumer you may cancel a plan purchase within 14 days from the confirmation email. Exceptions: (a) shipments already picked up, (b) prepaid credits already used to book at least one shipment, (c) express plans where service began at your explicit request.

2. Refund procedure

Email info@vyntgo.com with your order ID and reason. We process refunds via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

3. Lost or damaged shipments

Report within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery. Compensation follows the CMR Convention (default up to 8.33 SDR/kg) unless declared value insurance was purchased. Proof of value required.

4. B2B customers

Business customers waive the 14-day withdrawal right on plan purchases. Refunds only under contractual breach or service unavailability. See Terms.

5. Alternative dispute resolution

EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Portuguese "Livro de Reclamações" at livroreclamacoes.pt.
